Any services rendered not negotiated through any service platforms and is directly billed to the customer will allow payment via cash, check and debit/credit cards for local service within 40 miles, preferably no later than NET-7. Online payments and service areas outside of the normal service area have to pay for services rendered same-day, NET-7 or NET-15 and will only accept payments via check, debit/credit cards and PayPal. Heartland Internet Media Networks uses Square for debit/credit card transactions and for online invoicing for services rendered. Payment Disclaimer:
We reserve the right to charge a $25 fee for checks being returned as NSF (non-sufficient funds). If the check is returned three times as NSF, we reserve the right to double your bill as a penalty AND you will no longer be allowed to write us a check for services rendered. In addition, if we receive payment via check or money order and it's determined by our banking institution that they are forged or fake, we will in faith pursue legal action with the bank being a fellow plaintiff and file applicable charges with the Illinois State Police and the Illinois Attorney General. Non-Payment Penalty: For service tickets and invoices that have not been paid 60 days after completion and/or are more than 90 days overdue, there will be a monthly penalty of 15% added to your bill until it is 181 days overdue. After day 181, legal and collection agency fees will be applied and may include court costs if your are summoned to appear in small claims court. We accept Bitcoin Payments!
We are also a service provider who accepts Bitcoin payments. Invoices will be sent via the Coinbase platform. Please make sure you give us your Coinbase email address so we can properly invoice you.
